Yes, the orginal factory presets are waiting for you! Banks 0A and 0B
were on that preset
tape. Bank 0A was in Juno-60 memory. The original thing, it was
unbeliveably hard to find.
Currently, four banks are available. I'm working on the fifth bank
which will
contain some classic Roland filter sounds.
You can order the banks separately at 10 Euros
each, or
the bundle - all banks for 10 Euros less! You will get the ordered
items in up to
48 hours in your e-mail box. Read the details in order page.
You'll need any MPEG Layer III (MP3) player installed on your system
(Media Player is fine)
to playback the file. The sound file is actually patch information. You
should connect
soundcard output to Juno load input and playback the .mp3
- make sure you get
the signal level from -6 to 0 dB at the output to avoid error message.
Proceed as you would
with tape recorder. It is very simple, isn't it? So download the test bank
and try it for yourself! I tested it pretty much, and it's OK. The text
file contains patch list,
descriptions, advices. Check out MP3 samples. Just click on demo link
to download
WinRAR archive containing the samples. Please note that the sound
quality is
reduced.
BANK 0A
OK, this needs no introduction. These are the factory presets that came
with
Roland Juno-60. No demo or patch list for this - you get what you pay
for.
These are the patches from the B side of the preset tape. Some
excellent variations
and effects are included. Very rare to find! Again, no demo. You know
what it is.
The first bank is packed with fat synth sounds. There are some
percussion sounds, fx, and
a couple of realistic sounds. But the synths are superb, basses and
leads will
knock your socks off. This is a great addition to any Juno-60. Some
really
original and wicked sounds will inspire you. Juno-60 is so much popular
for a good reason!
Well, here's another one. It was made in very short time and it's very
expressive.
It contains brilliant pads and classic fat synth sounds which are
amazing.
Tweak those sounds the way you want them, although I've included some
variations...
Personally, I like this bank better than the first one. Enjoy.
